Easy Hummus

I recently read the Zahav recipe for hummus- and have been making mine at home ever since. Here's a bit of a twist, as this is easier than the original that used dried chickpeas (believe me, I did try it. Also, dried chickpeas left the house smelly...) and I add things at once.

HUMMUS:
4 cloves garlic
1/3 c lemon juice
1 t salt
1 can chickpeas
2/3 c tahini
1/4 t cumin
Olive oil

In a food processor, add the garlic, lemon juice and salt. Add tahini, chickpeas, cumin and puree for several minutes.

Add a bit of cold water to help make it creamy. Keep pureeing. (add more lemon, cumin, or salt to taste)

Serve with a splash of olive oil, paprika and/or parsley.
