Spinach Artichoke dip

In preparing for the Super Bowl, I wanted to make Spinach Artichoke Dip. And, take a Crock-Pot (what is wrong with me?). Well, I did it...

 Spinach Artichoke Dip:
1 block of frozen spinach (or bag of fresh)
1 can artichoke hearts, diced
1 block of cream cheese
1.5 c of Greek yogurt
1 c of Italian mix shredded cheese, or mozzarella / parm combo
1 t garlic powder
Salt & Pepper

Mix all the ingredients in the Crock Pot on high for 1 hour. (or on the stove until melty and combined)
