Burrito Bowls

We had lots of chili left over- so I decided after a few meals of it- we needed an alternative for the chili. SO, I decided to try making burrito bowls using the leftovers.

I took the vegetarian chili and...

Added more cumin and chili powder. Also, added diced pepper to add the crunch it was originally missing.

Then, to make the bowls:

Cut lettuce, added tortilla chips, added the chili. Then, added shredded cheese, sliced avocado, scoop of Greek yogurt, cilantro, more diced peppers, and some hot sauce (for JW).
