What to do with leftover spinach artichoke dip?

Ok, so there was A LOT of dip leftover from the Super Bowl (JW wanted to know if hands touched it... no, people used a spoon!)- so I decided to make pasta with it.

Boil pasta.

In a saute pan, saute onions and diced peppers. Add the left over dip and some diced tomatoes.

Add about 1 c of pasta water, and the cooked notes- mix until combined.
