MD crab cakes

1 lb crab meat (Jumbo + lump is ideal)

1 egg

1/4 c Mayo

2 t Dijon mustard

2 t Worcester sauce

1/2 lemon, juiced 

1-2 t Old Bay

1 T parsley

2/3 c Panko bread crumbs or saltines, smashed

1/8 t Salt


Pan sear in butter. Flip once brown.
