3/4 c red onion
1 chicken breast (poached and shredded)
1/4 c stock or white wine
1/4 c pizza sauce
1/4 c BBQ sauce
2 oz mozzarella
1/3 c green onion
1/2 t pepper
I cooked the chicken in the crock pot while at the gym. (1 hour on high with a little water).
Preheat oven and pizza stone to 450.
In a skillet, heat red onion with olive oil. Add wine/stock and sauces. Add shredded chicken. Cook til warm.
On a sheet or parchment, spread out dough.
Spread chicken mix over dough. Lay on mozzarella and green onion.
