Columbus Day breakfast

With the day off (yes, I'm bragging), I made myself crepes! And a pot of coffee. Nothing is easier and tastier...
Crepe:
1 c flour
1 c milk
1 egg
Mix, add to pan, turn, flip. Smother in butter and syrup.
